The PAC 3500 SH local air conditioner is a device that combines heating and cooling functions in a single machine, individually adjustable from 17 °C to 30 °C in any weather conditions. Thanks to its elegant design, this mobile air conditioner, with wheels and handles , is perfect in any domestic/residential or professional environment such as restaurants, shops, hotels and holiday homes.

Suitable for rooms up to 46 m² / 115 m³ Trotec PAC 3500 SH has energy class A in cooling mode with a power of 3.5 kW / 12,000 Btu/h and energy class A+ in heating mode with 2.9 kW of heating power . In addition, it has a dehumidification function capable of extracting 0.05 L/h of water from the air, fighting sultriness and preventing the formation of mold.

Furthermore, for a lower environmental impact, it uses the ecological refrigerant R290 , in line with the latest regulations on climate protection.

Functional specifications

Automatic Operation

When set to automatic mode , the device adapts cooling, heating and ventilation based on the room temperature and the set temperature, thus optimising energy consumption. This reduces waste , as the device only supplies the power needed to reach and maintain the desired temperature, switching off once the target has been reached .

By activating the swing function , the air outlet opens and closes continuously, ensuring uniform distribution of the flow of hot or cold air, ensuring optimal comfort throughout the room.

Dehumidifier Mode

The dehumidification function of the Trotec PAC 3500 SH removes up to 0.05 L/h of moisture from the air, helping to reduce stuffiness and prevent the formation of harmful mold in the long term. The easily removable air filter captures dust, fluff and animal hair , improving the air quality in indoor spaces.

Ventilation Mode

For immediate comfort, the three-level ventilation mode offers a pleasant breeze without activating the air conditioning, thus allowing significant energy savings. Thanks to its versatility, this air conditioner guarantees an optimal climate in every season.

Remote Control

All the functions of this mobile air conditioner can be set directly on the intuitive membrane control panel built into the machine or via remote control for convenient remote control.

Follow Me Function

The built-in thermostat detects the temperature of the room where the air conditioner is positioned, displaying it on the LED display. However, thanks to the "Follow Me" function, it is possible to measure the temperature directly from the remote control , ensuring more precise climate control . When activated, this function sends the temperature detected by the remote control to the air conditioner every 3 minutes, allowing the device to automatically adapt the cooling or heating power based on the user's actual position . For example, if the remote control is moved from a shaded area to a sunnier one, the air conditioner increases the cooling power to compensate for the increase in temperature, always ensuring maximum comfort.

24H Timer and Night Mode

The 24-hour timer allows you to adapt the local air conditioner to your routine by setting activation and deactivation times . The integrated memory function ensures that the set operating mode remains memorized even after the unit is turned off.

There is also a night mode that gradually reduces the set temperature by 2°C over an hour and a half and then maintains the same temperature for 7 hours, so you can wake up well rested in a pleasantly temperate room.

Eco-friendly Coolant

This air conditioner uses R290 Propane as refrigerant, which is a natural organic compound that belongs to the hydrocarbon class. Unlike synthetic refrigerants, environmentally friendly propane (R290) has neither ozone depletion potential (ODP = 0) nor a significant greenhouse effect (GWP = 3).

Furthermore, thanks to its outstanding thermodynamic properties, propane (R290) is a particularly energy-efficient refrigerant and further reduces energy costs .

Technical Specifications

Trotec PAC 3500 SH offers a maximum cooling capacity of 3.5 kW (12000 Btu/h) and a maximum air flow rate of 420 m³/h . As for the maximum heating capacity, it is 2.9 kW with the same air flow rate. Maximum dehumidification capacity 3.8 L/h .

To operate it requires a single-phase 230V (50 Hz) connection with a maximum absorbed power of 1.6 kW . The air conditioner uses R290 refrigerant (230g). The noise level does not exceed 64 dB(A) , depending on the selected ventilation level.

The low-consumption Trotec 1.210.002.104 air conditioner has an LED display , automatic error diagnostics and a timer function as well as an antibacterial filter for improving the air and a room thermostat with temperature indicator .
