Pneumatech LP Laserpack is a variable speed lubricated screw compressor, designed to supply high-pressure compressed air to air laser cutting machines. With adjustable power from 4 to 15 kW and an operating pressure from 7 to 20 bar, it offers precise control of air production based on the system's actual needs. The high-efficiency inverter allows for automatic modulation of operation, helping to optimize energy consumption. The compact design and low noise level, at 65 dB, allow the Pneumatech LPLaserpack compressor to be installed directly near the laser machine. The system also integrates a 285 L tank, automatic condensate drain, and, in the specified configuration, integrated refrigerated dryer and filters to obtain high-quality compressed air. Lubricated Screw Compressor for Laser Cutting
The Pneumatech LP Laserpack lubricated screw compressor is a lubricated screw compressor specifically designed to power air laser cutting machines. The variable speed configuration allows for the compressed air production to be adapted to the machine's actual demand, making it suitable for applications requiring continuous and reliable operation up to 20 bar.
Screw Compressor with Max 15 kW Inverter
The Pneumatech LP Laserpack screw compressor has a maximum nominal power of 15 kW, with modulation capability down to 4 kW. The high-efficiency inverter allows the compressor speed to be adjusted based on air demand, avoiding the need to constantly run the machine at maximum power when demand is lower. The system achieves an FAD flow rate of 1300 L/min at 15 bar, with a minimum indicated flow rate of 600 L/min.
7-20 bar Pressure for Laser Cutting
The operating pressure ranges from 7 to 20 bar, a characteristic that makes the Laserpack suitable for laser cutting applications using compressed air as assist gas. Air is supplied to the machine through a system designed to ensure continuity and stability during the processing phase.
285 L Compressed Air Tank
The system integrates a 285 L tank, useful for providing a reserve of compressed air and contributing to supply stability. The tank is equipped with an automatic capacitive condensate drain, which effectively manages the presence of condensate within the system.
Integrated Dryer and Filters for Quality Air
In the specified configuration, the Pneumatech Laserpack can be equipped with an integrated refrigerated dryer and three onboard filters. The system includes G-grade filters at 1 μm, C at 0.01 μm, and activated carbon V filters, allowing it to achieve Class 1.4.1 according to ISO 8573-1:2010. This configuration is particularly suitable for applications requiring treated compressed air.
