Munters EMT30 - Industrial Circulation Fan 0.75 HP - for Livestock Use

Munters EMT30 is an axial fan designed for agricultural and industrial applications where continuous, powerful and low consumption ventilation is required. With a high air flow rate and optimised energy efficiency, this jet fan ensures microclimate control in greenhouses , livestock farms and production sheds .

This air circulator is equipped with double protection net to ensure maximum safety during operation and prevent the entry of foreign objects.

Technical Specifications

The EMT30 0.75 HP model is equipped with a high-efficiency electric motor with belt drive , combined with a six-blade fan with a diameter of 770 mm . It generates an air flow rate of up to 14,680 m³/h with zero static pressure, keeping electricity consumption below 870 W. The aerodynamic efficiency stands at 17.8 m³/Wh , ensuring an optimal balance between performance and consumption. The noise level is 66.7 dB(A) , also suitable for noise-sensitive environments. The unit is built to operate in environments with temperatures of up to 50 °C .

Belt Driven Engine

The belt drive reduces mechanical stress on internal components, improving the efficiency and longevity of the motor. It allows for quieter and more uniform operation , optimizing the fan's performance even in severe conditions.

Six-blade balanced fan

The fan assembly is designed with aerodynamically profiled blades , statically and dynamically balanced to ensure mechanical stability and absence of vibrations. The self-cleaning design maintains high flow efficiency even in dusty or humid environments.

High-throw directional airflow

The venturi geometry and blade profile generate a concentrated long-distance airflow , perfect for horizontal air recirculation in large volume structures. This improves thermal distribution and reduces stagnation zones.

Certified and tested reliability

All EMT30 fans are tested to ANSI/AMCA 210-85 at Munters Laboratory. Independent validation by BESS Lab (University of Illinois) confirms real-world aerodynamic performance, ensuring reliability and compliance with the most stringent technical requirements.

Galvanized steel shutter

The galvanized steel shutter guarantees maximum resistance and hermetic seal, avoiding any air dispersion. The patented centrifugal system ensures a stable opening, without the need for maintenance. UV-resistant materials , a high-efficiency motor and an anti-vibration grill complete an extractor designed to last and consume less.

Munters Protect Anti-Corrosion Fans

In agricultural environments, high humidity, acidic pH and aggressive chemicals accelerate metal corrosion. To meet these challenges, Munters has developed Munters Protect , an innovative material for fan blades that is more resistant to corrosion than AISI 430 stainless steel and pre-painted metal. The result of advanced manufacturing processes, it offers greater durability , reliability and performance in the most demanding conditions. The following images show the comparison after 700 hours of salt spray exposure : the SS 430 stainless steel blades (left) show obvious signs of wear, while the Munters Protect blades (right) maintain a healthy and resistant appearance .
