Trotec DualHex Joint - Double Fitting for 2 exchangers in series on each connection line
The Trotec DualHex coupling is an essential component for optimising the performance of Trotec PT series industrial air conditioning units. This fitting enables the implementation of the Duplex Cooling system , allowing the series connection of two heat exchangers per connection line .
This configuration expands the operating range of the air conditioner, allowing an increase in temperature ΔT of 7 °C above the maximum operating threshold . This allows efficient operation even in environments with temperatures up to 42 °C , or, if the temperatures are lower, the device will not work at full load.
For the optional operation of the duplex air conditioning, an additional heat exchanger must be used in addition to the DualHex coupling.
