The single-phase dual pump control panel Leo OMNIA 2D M 230V is a direct start control system for the simultaneous management of two electric pumps, ideal for both wastewater and clean water lifting. Powered by 230V, it features IP55 protection and an automatic motor data learning function, which simplifies commissioning by automatically adapting electrical protection thresholds to the connected pump.
This control panel stands out for its integrated pump alternation management, useful for balancing motor wear and ensuring operational continuity during peak times. Easy to install on-site, in civil or industrial applications, it represents an excellent solution for controlling submersible pumps in mixed systems.
Functional Specifications
Intelligent Motor Protections and Electrical Safety
The control panel performs automatic motor data learning, calibrating protection thresholds automatically without manual settings. Included are overcurrent and undercurrent protections with a dedicated alarm, voltage surge protection, incorrect phase sequence control, and dry-running protection through minimum amperage and cosphi reading. It also features motor klixon intervention protection, with a specific thermal sensor for submersible pumps.
2 Pump Alternation and Peak Load Management
The control panel automatically manages alternation between the two pumps and their simultaneous operation during peak loads, optimizing motor wear and system efficiency. It is also programmable for both pressurization and lifting applications, with configurable start and stop delays to suit specific installation requirements.
Advanced Functions and Connectivity
In addition to automatic motor data learning, the control panel offers an automatic motor test function and scheduled maintenance, useful for reducing unexpected system downtime. BMS readiness allows for remote connection for system monitoring, while the advanced Multitank program enables independent management of two pumps installed in two separate tanks.
Inputs and Operating Modes
The control panel accepts commands via float switches, pressure switches, or level probes, with a dedicated input for probe level control and four inputs for float switches, plus two inputs for motor thermal sensors. The green light indicates automatic pump operation, while the blue light indicates mains power; the STOP and reset button allows for immediate manual intervention in case of operational necessity.
