Compact and intuitive, this pump control panel is suitable for both clean water and wastewater applications, covering a power range from 0.37 to 2.2 kW (0.5-3 HP).

Functional Specifications
Intelligent Motor Protections and Electrical Safety
The panel performs automatic motor data learning, calibrating protection thresholds automatically without manual settings. Included are overcurrent and undercurrent protections with a dedicated alarm, voltage surge protection, incorrect phase sequence control, and dry-running protection by reading minimum amperage and cosphi. There is also motor klixon intervention protection, with a specific thermal sensor for submersible pumps.
Level Management with Float Switches, Pressure Switches, and Probes
The Leo OMNIA 1D m 230V electrical panel is compatible with various level detection technologies: float switches, pressure switches, and level probes can be connected interchangeably thanks to the presence of 4 dedicated inputs for float switches and 1 input for probe control. This flexibility allows the panel to be installed in sumps, collection tanks, and lifting stations.
Operational Controls and Visual Indicators
The AUTO-0-MAN selection allows quick switching between automatic operation, stop, and manual control. The green indicator light signals the motor running in automatic mode, while the blue light indicates mains presence. The STOP button with reset function ensures immediate operator intervention in case of anomalies, simplifying daily system management by technical staff.
Alarms, Dedicated Outputs, and BMS Integration
The panel features integrated audible and visual alarms, alarm contacts, a 12 V DC alarm output, and a voltage-free contact alarm output. BMS readiness allows connection to remote supervision systems, making the panel suitable even for systems requiring centralized monitoring and remote high and low level signaling.
