Technical Specifications
CGM 60P 400V 53.8 kW 72.1 Hp is the professional solution for those looking for a powerful generator with high-quality performance . Equipped with a Perkins 1103A-33TG2 Diesel engine with 4 poles, mechanical regulation and 1500 RPM , 3 cylinders and 3300 cc with supercharged aspiration and water cooling , this fixed generator set has a tank with a capacity of 100 L , a consumption of 7.6 - 10.8 - 14.6 L/h and an autonomy of 9.2 hours .
With Stamford brushless self-excited alternator , voltage and frequency as a function of load are automatically adjusted by the AVR .
Functional Specifications
Manual Electrical Panel (standard)
Equipped with a LOVATO ELECTRIC RGK420 SA control unit with multimeter , the manual electrical panel of the CGM 60 P generator has a backlit LCD display , IP44 metal case , protection fuses , emergency button , ON-OFF key selector . Electrical distribution with CEE IP76 sockets: 1 x 3P 16A + 1 x 5P 32A and 1P + N 16A and 4P 40A magnetothermal protection switch .
This manual control panel features main protection alarms for min-max V and Hz, LOP. HWT , alternator charger failure and low fuel level .
Automatic Electrical Panel (optional - on request)
The automatic start electrical panel with COMAP InteliLite 9 control unit is an optional feature of the CGM 60P generator. It features IP44 protection , a keyless ON-OFF switch and a standard emergency button . The 12V 3A battery charger maintainer , electrical distribution with full power terminal blocks and a 4P 40A circuit breaker .
This automatic control panel features main protection alarms for min-max V and Hz, LOP. HWT , alternator charger failure and low fuel level .

SoundProof Version
The silenced version of the CGM 60P generator is equipped with a self-supporting frame in electro-welded carbon steel with a minimum thickness of 2.5 mm , soundproofed casing in electro-welded carbon steel sheet with a thickness between 1.5 and 4.5 mm and external epoxy powder coating in RAL5015 textured finish .
This soundproofed generator is protected by sound-absorbing polyurethane coating material finished with water-repellent and oil-resistant fabric . Closed by two doors that can be opened with a key lock . Fire resistant with EN13501-1 class B classification and with a residential-type muffler inside the hood with 35 dB(A) noise reduction .
