The Fiorentini AF 6000 road and industrial sweeper represents excellence in the industrial and road cleaning sector , thanks to its robust structure and numerous advanced features that facilitate daily operations. Designed to ensure maximum efficiency and safety, the AF 6000 cabin is built with a steel load-bearing frame equipped with a central guide, offering resistance and stability. The large glass surfaces guarantee excellent 360° visibility of the work area, facilitating the operator's maneuvers in all operating conditions.

The Fiorentini AF6000 sweeper cabin is equipped with front and rear shock absorbers and can be tilted thanks to a manual hydraulic pump. This feature allows easy access to the main components of the machine, including the internal combustion engine, batteries and battery isolator, mechanical parts, hydraulic system and electrical system, making maintenance quick and safe. To access the cabin, the operator has a non-slip ladder and sturdy handles, ensuring safe and comfortable entry.

Street sweeper with adjustable air conditioning

The interior of the Fiorentini AF6000 cabin has been designed for maximum comfort and functionality. This Fiorentini road sweeper with two homologated seats (on request) for operator and co-operator, a fully adjustable steering column and an operator's seat with pneumatic adjustment. The interior also includes an adjustable climate control system, a pressurization system equipped with high-capacity filters (with the possibility of activated carbon filters on request) and twelve adjustable air vents that prevent fogging of the windows. In addition, the cabin is equipped with sound insulation and fireproof materials that reduce noise emissions and protect against vibrations, improving operator comfort.

Mercedes Benz Euro 6 Diesel Engine

This Fiorentini road and industrial sweeper is equipped with a Mercedes Benz Euro 6 engine with 4 cylinders intercooled direct injection . 130 kW (176.8 HP) engine with sweeping speeds up to 1700 rpm , AF6000 features a 24 V, 5.5 kW battery-powered starter motor with 150 A 24 V alternator . It has a silenced muffler .

The controls of this Fiorentini AF6000 street sweeper are located in two places next to the steering wheel and on the dashboard panel. They allow the operator to control the following functions:

Sweeper operating controls

The Fiorentini AF6000 sweeper's operating control panel, located to the right of the operator, allows for intuitive use thanks to specific ideograms and buttons. The sweeping system allows for adjusting the accelerator, brush positioning and fan speed. For dust suppression , there are controls for the water pump and side brush irrigation, with warning lights. The bin lifting system includes controls for filter agitation and waste discharge.

AF6000 4-cylinder hydraulic sweeper suspension

The suspensions of the Fiorentini AF6000 sweeper include four hydraulic cylinders controlled by an ARGO HYTOS control unit, with configurable settings to adapt to the different operating phases. There are two main modes: the working phase and the transfer phase, with preset parameters to ensure optimal stability. A third lifting mode allows the overcoming of obstacles such as tracks and curbs without damaging the system. The hydro-pneumatic rear suspensions offer three heights (low, medium, high) and automatically realign when reversing; the front ones support the trim and shock absorption.

Double Tread wheels

This street sweeper is equipped with double tread wheels that guarantee safety and reliability. The minimization of rolling resistance allows a significant saving in fuel consumption. The inflation pressure is 11 bar, with front/rear 295/60R 22.5.
