Lavor GV Vesuvio is a professional high-temperature steam cleaning machine for large surfaces with which it is possible to thoroughly degrease and sanitize any object or surface in an easy and ecological way.

The GV Vesuvio range includes electrically powered steam generators that develop saturated steam at up to 10 atmospheres of pressure at a temperature of 180°C . Ideal for the food industry, the pastry industry, for civil and community use, for the pharmaceutical industry, dairies , for the mechanical industry, construction , etc.

The effectiveness of steam at 180°C allows you to dissolve dirt without using chemicals . Lavor GV Vesuvio has unlimited autonomy thanks to the continuous supply of the boiler which allows you to top up the water in the tank without having to turn off the machine and interrupt work, thus guaranteeing significant time savings during the operational phase.

Furthermore, the Lavor Hyper GV Vesuvio offers maximum safety thanks to its 2 level controls , 1 thermostat , 1 pressure switch , and 1 mechanical maximum pressure valve . The drain valve for completely emptying the boiler eliminates any water residue and prevents the formation of limescale , extending the life of the boiler .

Functional specifications

The Lavor GV Vesuvio steam generator features a modern design , an AISI 304 stainless steel body and swivel wheels with brakes , suitable for use in food environments and which make it easy to move the machine.

This steam generator is powered by 400 V , with a continuous boiler supply via a dedicated tank. This allows you to top up the water tank without having to turn off the machine and interrupt work, saving you a lot of time during operation. The drain valve allows you to completely empty the boiler , eliminating water residue and limescale buildup, extending the life of the boiler .

Further features of this steam generator include temperature regulation , a drain valve, a practical pressure gauge , a pressure switch and a mechanical maximum pressure valve for measurements and, in particular, the possibility of using chemical products mixed with the steam, thus achieving a deep cleaning .

The complete heating phase of the Lavor GV Vesuvio steam generator is 6 minutes , the control panel is easy to use as it is particularly intuitive and features the main ON/OFF switch, the power light, a thermoregulator, a water shortage warning LED (with acoustic signal ), a timer for setting the work cycle, a boiler start button and a gun activation button.

Among the accessories we find a steam gun with low voltage controls with quick coupling and integrated steam/detergent function activation, the steam emitted is saturated at 10 bar at a temperature of 180°C .

Technical specifications

The Lavor GV Vesuvio steam generator, powered by 400 V , exerts a pressure of 10 bar for a maximum steam temperature of 180°C , and has a double tank: one for water of 25 L and one for detergent of 5 L. The steam production of this generator starts from 14.8 kg/h for the GV Vesuvio 10 model up to 31 kg/h for the GV Vesuvio 21. The AISI 304 stainless steel boiler has a volume of 18 L.
