The Lavor GV 5.0 T PLUS is a three-phase steam generator that allows you to thoroughly clean and optimally sanitize various environments in a professional manner. The steam generator features a modern design and an excellent steel structure , resistant and durable .
Technical specifications
The Lavor GV 5.0 T PLUS steam generator exerts a pressure of 9 bar and reaches a temperature of 175°C with a boiler power consumption of 5000 W , and is also capable of producing 8 kg/h of steam. The detergent tank has a capacity of 5 L , while the water tank has a capacity of 10 L.
A further feature of this machine is the possibility of using chemical products mixed with steam, in order to obtain optimal and deep cleaning. The boiler is made of AISI 305 stainless steel with a volume of 4.6 L. Lavor GV 5 T PLUS allows you to regulate the steam and measure the pressure thanks to the pressure gauge supplied.
The boiler is continuously supplied with water thanks to a dedicated tank. The generator is equipped with swivel wheels with brakes , making it suitable for use in the food industry . The Lavor GV 5 T PLUS offers a simple and intuitive control panel for easy use and features a quick-release steam gun attachment , a main ON/OFF switch with indicator light, an additional indicator light indicating the activation of the boiler heating element , and a steam flow regulation system.
The Lavor GV 5 T PLUS is safe thanks to its safety device that shuts off the boiler in the event of a lack of water . The drain valve for completely emptying the boiler eliminates water residue and limescale buildup, extending the life of the boiler.
The continuous boiler feed provides unlimited autonomy, allowing you to work without stopping ; it also allows you to top up the water in the tank without having to turn off the steam generator and interrupt work, saving you a lot of time during operation.
