TECNOGEN TENAX
Industrial Generating Sets

The TENAX series includes diesel generator sets, 1500-1800 rpm, liquid-cooled, single-phase and three-phase, with powers from 10 to 200 kVA . Available in both open and soundproofed versions, they are equipped with Perkins, Cummins, John Deere, Volvo Penta, Lombardini, Iveco, Deutz and Mitsubishi engines and alternators of leading brands worldwide, such as Leroy Somer, Stamford, Mecc Alte, Marelli .

The cabins, designed to ensure an excellent level of soundproofing and optimal engine cooling, are entirely made of hot-dip galvanized steel and subsequently painted with epoxy powders, making them practically resistant to atmospheric agents. Due to their characteristics, these machines are particularly suitable for continuous use in the industrial sector and, in the soundproofed versions in super silent cabins, for applications in the civil sector with automatic control panels.

The super- silenced TECNOGEN cab was designed in order to achieve the lowest possible noise level and perfect engine cooling. The cooling air flow is channeled into fixed circuits. The canopy is suitable for use in tropical environments. The residential type exhaust gas muffler is located inside the cabin itself, built in hot-dip galvanized steel. The sheets have a thickness of 20/10. The structure is completely bolted and fixed with special polyethylene seals.

The soundproofing process is carried out not only with cabins, but also using ISO certified 20 'and 40' containers . Careful and meticulous design guarantees minimum noise levels thanks to the use of high-density sound-absorbing material and maximum effectiveness of the ventilation and cooling system.

It is possible to reach very low noise levels thanks to sound absorbing materials of excellent quality and maximum effectiveness of the ventilation and cooling system. Due to their characteristics, these machines are particularly suitable for continuous use in the industrial sector and, in the soundproofed versions in super silent cabins, for applications in the civil sector with automatic control panels.
