Floor Cleaner with Disc Brush

The disc scrubber dryer is designed to easily adapt to any type of hard flooring that requires professional cleaning. Thanks to the 51 cm disc brush , this Fimap device demonstrates its versatility and ability to remove even the most persistent stains. In this Fimap disc model, the cleaning solution comes out of the center of the brush for uniform cleaning and reduced consumption.

Coated in sturdy polyethylene that completely envelops the mechanical parts , EMx 50 is protected from accidental impacts. PRO Control Panel

In the EMx 50 BT PRO variant , the washer dryer is equipped with a soft-touch control panel with advanced functions such as zone programming , maintenance due reminder , speed control , the ECO mode button for cleaning without wasting water and the Power mode button to temporarily bring the washing functions to maximum and remove the most stubborn dirt.

Electric and battery-powered washer-dryer

The EMx 50 E model is electric and powered by 230V current, while the EMx 50 B, BT and BT PRO models are powered by 24V battery with semi-automatic (EMx B model) or automatic (EMx BT and EMx BT PRO models) traction, offering continuous working autonomy of up to 4 hours with lithium-ion batteries , for reliable and autonomous use even during the longest work sessions.

Powerful Washing System

The Fimap EMx 50 washing system guarantees a real productivity of 1785 m²/h , with a working width of 510 mm . This is made possible by the 500 W motor brush (375 W for the 50 E electric model), with 140 revolutions per minute and a pressure on the brushes of 23 kg .

Efficient Suction and Recovery

The 40 L solution and recovery tanks each allow for extended cleaning sessions without recharging or emptying. With a 422 W suction motor (450 W for the 50 E electric model), it works with a suction depression of 180 mbar (140 mbar for the electric model), ensuring powerful and rapid suction, for effective cleaning and dry surfaces.
