Fimap GxL Pro - Industrial Floor Cleaner For Stubborn Dirt
The Fimap GxL floor scrubber dryer is a professional product , Made in Italy quality, designed to easily remove the most stubborn dirt . This floor scrubber is available in the Fimap GxL Pro and Fimap GxL Plus models, which differ in the soft touch control panel and silent suction in the first and touch screen and ID Intelligent Drive in the second.
Physical components
With a functional design and a body made of sturdy polyethylene , the Fimap GxL Pro professional floor cleaner is a machine that has no protruding corners , with a body designed to protect the scrubber-dryer from impacts that could occur when cleaning mechanical workshops or factories .
The frame of the Fimap GxL floor cleaner and its aluminium parts have undergone an anti-corrosion treatment , which prolongs the life of the product, allowing for prolonged use without impacting on its performance , in particularly humid environments .
Cleaning operations
This floor cleaning machine is equipped with a disc brush that can be adapted to any type of surface , from hard floors to those that require more attention . Fimap GxL Pro, through the rotating movement exerted by the brush and its 40 kg of pressure on the ground , is able to remove the most stubborn dirt, eliminating the most adherent encrustations . 
The cleaning solution , which comes out of the center of the brush , is distributed evenly along the surface of the cleaning disc, ensuring uniform cleaning , with water consumption reduced to a minimum . Through the Eco Mode setting, it will therefore be possible to maximize the functionality of Fimap GxL without wasting water or detergent, respecting the environment .

Technical specifications
The theoretical productivity of Fimap GxL is 1600 m²/h , with a working width of 430 mm, with a squeegee brush 516 mm wide. During the rotating cleaning movement, the pressure exerted on the brush is 40 kg , compared to a machine weight of 130 kg . Fimap GxL Pro has dimensions 89 x 121 x 53 cm. The two tanks on the device have a capacity of 25 L for the solution tank and 27 L for the recovery tank .
The Fimap GxL professional scrubber dryer does not have an electrical connection but uses a 24 V battery , which guarantees autonomy for up to 3 consecutive hours of work.
The noise level of this machine is less than 70 dB perceived at 7 meters away, in compliance with the regulations.
Remote controls and commands
The control panel , in comfortable soft touch in the Fimap GxL Pro model, makes the controls more immediate and comfortable and, in itself, the choice of functions that can be set on this scrubber dryer: for the user it will be simple to adapt the work of this machine to the different environmental situations in which the cleaning will take place. On the control body, there is a digital indicator of the battery charge level , during working hours.
For the Fimap GxL Plus , on the 2.5-inch touch screen, it is possible to set the washer-dryer programs and watch video tutorials: the user will be able to take advantage of the new ID Intelligent Drive function .
Fimap has thought, through the FFM - Fimap Fleet Management - app, to be able to remotely control your fleets, viewing live data relating to cleaning, including the floor cleaner's consumption, where it is located, the charging status and the list of maintenance to be performed.
Among the equipment presented by Fimap GxL Pro, there is an AGM battery .
