KTC Compack 7 is a compact body screw compressor for compressed air professionals. The product, being screw, is able to work without interruptions for many hours, therefore it becomes ideal for particularly intensive use. KTC offers the Compack 7 equipped with a K-tronic 5 electronic controller , which manages all the compressor functions: empty load cycle, working hours, oil temperature, working pressure, alarms. KTC Compack 7 represents the maximum evolution of the Compack range , space- saving, compact and of Italian quality , built with resistant materials such as aluminum and steel . Product available in six versions: without tank ( Compack 7 ), without tank with dryer ( Compack 7 E ), on 270 L tank ( Compack 7/270 ), on 500 L tank ( Compack 7/500 ), on 270 L with dryer ( Compack 7 / 270E ) and finally on a 500 L tank with dryer ( Compack 7 / 500E ).
This series of industrial compressors are compact, of excellent quality and materials such as steel and aluminum. Compack is the expression of KTC's technological innovation , which is oriented towards excellence as the only standard. They are particularly performing products, with an integrated system and with a latest generation screw pumping unit , the most compact in the sector, integrating the fundamental components of a screw compressor (screw, oil separator, thermostatic valve, minimum valve, suction).
KTC Compack 7 is a professional screw compressor, with 7.5 kW of power and 10 HP . The pressure varies between 8 and 13 bar , the flow rate of 750 ÷ 1050 L / min . It reaches a noise level of 69 dB , therefore it is silent with a remarkable efficiency . KTC Compack 7 offers the possibility of carrying out an electronic control ( K-tronic 5 ), which manages all the compressor functions: empty load cycle, working hours, oil temperature, working pressure, alarms. The machinery is of Italian quality. KTC Compack 7 allows quick maintenance thanks to its practical access hatch.
