The automatic condensate drain removes only water without any air loss . This silent process respects the working environment.

How an Inverter compressor works

A variable speed compressor like Abac Genesis I has lower peaks and a smoother air production profile. The curve of the variable speed compressor is different thanks to the regulation of the speed of the screw unit based on the air demand and the consequent production of only the quantity necessary for that specific moment . This happens thanks to a pressure sensor that reports the pressure value to the controller which, in turn, sends a signal to the inverter with information on the situation. The inverter is used to adjust the motor speed according to the pressure settings.

Abac Genesis I is an inverter compressor that reduces the motor speed according to the compressed air consumption. Since the air consumption inside the network is not constant over time, it is possible to obtain considerable energy savings , compared to other Abac compressors that do not use this function.

Constant air pressure

The absence of pressure fluctuation between laden and unladen operation eliminates energy waste. Genesis compressors have a constant pressure for any value between 5 and 13 bar .

High efficiency motor

The use of IE3 motors means that the Abac Genesis I have greater energy efficiency .

No electromagnetic interference
