Clean air without humidity

ABAC Genesis compressors are equipped with a powerful dryer that guarantees clean, moisture- free air . All these compressed air units feature a filtration system that retains solid and liquid particles down to 0.1 microns . ABAC Genesis produces clean, dry air suitable for industrial applications .

Plug & play maintenance

All the elements requiring maintenance ( belts , oil filters and air filters ) and the external oil level indicator have been designed to allow for quick and easy maintenance.
A traditional compressed air system typically requires at least eight different components, with a total footprint that isn't always available. Today, with the new GENESIS, the space required is only about 1 m² . It's easy to handle and install; simply connect it to the electrical and pneumatic networks for immediate access to top-quality compressed air.

Control Panel

Abac Genesis features intuitive control panels with easy-to-read indicators to guide operations. It features a remote control interface ( up to 6 compressors ), scheduled routine maintenance , a fault log , and other functions.

Silence

With a reduced noise level, GENESIS compressors can be positioned directly on the workplace, close to the point of use, without creating problems for personnel and thus allowing for reductions in installation costs.

High Air Quality

The new GENESIS was created to provide clean compressed air in full compliance with the latest environmental regulations . This means that GENESIS operates at a lower operating temperature and in a cleaner way than other compressors. The new GENESIS is in fact equipped with a highly efficient air treatment system that integrates a refrigerant dryer with eco-friendly R134a gas , a ceramic pre-filter , an oil separator filter and finally a timer-controlled electronic charger for condensate evacuation. All this makes the compressed air obtained with GENESIS exceptionally clean and dry, suitable for hundreds of sophisticated applications in the industrial field.
