Gierre Fast&Lock 200 is a multipurpose aluminum scaffolding system intended for professional use , designed to meet the needs of specialized workers in the construction, plant engineering, and maintenance sectors. A single product allows for use as a professional scaffolding system , double ladder , leaning ladder , and work surface , optimizing logistics, assembly times, and equipment management on the construction site.
The welded aluminum frame, patented Fast&Lock system , and Eurodeck worktop with trapdoor ensure high safety standards, rapid operation, and compliance with current regulations. The maximum load capacity of 150 kg and certifications in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/08 and EN 131-4 confirm its suitability for intensive professional use.

Operational versatility with 4 configurations
The Gierre Fast&Lock 200 offers four operating modes thanks to the central locking/unlocking joints on the uprights. The rapid conversion between scaffolding , double ladder , leaning ladder , and work platform allows for adaptation to different application contexts with a single certified piece of equipment, reducing space requirements and equipment costs.
Compact structure and easy transport
When closed, the multipurpose scaffolding is extremely compact , making it easy to transport on work vans and store in warehouses. Its low weight of 32.4 kg and optimized dimensions make it manageable even by a single operator, while maintaining high structural rigidity.
Eurodeck platform with access hatch
The professional worktop is made of Eurodeck and is supported by a welded aluminum frame with shaped ends for precise fitting onto the rung . The 61x46 cm access hatch facilitates operations at height, improving ergonomics and safety when climbing up and down the worktop with hatch .
Stability, mobility and regulatory compliance
The anti-tip stabilizing bar system and the wheel kit mounted 2 mm from the ground ensure high stability and ease of movement in the workplace. The 8 34x22 mm rectangular tube tie rods , 2 of which have a user protection function, contribute to overall safety. Compliant with Legislative Decree 81/08 as a professional scaffolding and with EN 131-4 as a professional ladder , the product ensures full compliance with the regulations for use in a professional environment.
Patented Fast&Lock system for quick locking
The patented Fast&Lock system allows the quick-release tie rods to be locked by simply rotating the hook clockwise. The fully pre-assembled tie rods allow for immediate configuration, reducing assembly time and the risk of error. The hook integrates a lateral anti-unthreading retaining function, increasing the safety of the aluminum scaffolding when used at height.
