Magna version with disc brush

In the version with disc brush, Fimap Magna has the most versatile base , adaptable to any type of environment and surface. The addition of the side brush improves the performance of the Fimap Magna scrubber dryer along the walls and to clean under the shelves. The scrubber dryer with disc brushes can be used on any hard flooring and even difficult and adherent dirt can be removed with ease, thanks to the adjustable pressure up to 150 kg.

The FWF – Fimap Water Flow technology ensures that the water is equally distributed on both brushes, ensuring uniform cleaning without wasting water and detergent. The side splash guards help keep the water inside the brush area , avoiding splashes and ensuring optimal drying.

Magna version with roller brushes

The roller base is made up of two counter-rotating cylindrical brushes that perform a light sweeping action in addition to washing. The sweeping action removes small, loose solid residues and collects them in a drawer installed in the rear part of the base, which can be removed for emptying. The addition of the two side sweeping brushes improves the performance of Fimap Magna along walls.

This type of base with roller brushes is suitable for hard floors, even structured, irregular or non-slip . The bristles clean deeply and guarantee optimal results even in the presence of large joints. Given the high specific pressure and the high rotation speed, it is preferable to use it on resistant floors and not protected by polymer films (waxes).

The counter-rotating movement keeps the cleaning solution inside the washing area , increasing its effectiveness with low water consumption. The side splash guards help keep the water inside the brush area, avoiding splashes and ensuring optimal drying.

Thanks to the side brush, Fimap Magna can perfectly reach edges, even when these are obstructed by goods placed on the floor or by warehouse shelves.

Anti-collision system

The sensors of the anti-collision system of the Fimap Magna professional floor cleaner detect the presence of any obstacles during reversing. By emitting an alarm, they warn the operator of the presence of an obstacle, drawing his attention to protect the machine itself, avoid damage to furnishings or equipment when working in an industrial environment, or to people, in the case of use in hypermarkets or shopping centers during opening hours.

Control via app

Thanks to the Fimap Fleet Management application, the operator can control Fimap Magna through the FFM - Fimap Fleet Management system. This Fimap service offers a complete overview of the performance of the scrubber-dryer, its state of health as a machine, the square meters cleaned and consumption. The Fimap app can be consulted from a smartphone through the My.Machine app .

Eco Mode Silent Setup

Eco mode is a silent and low-consumption working configuration. In maintenance or frequent cleaning of surfaces, which does not require a high washing force, it guarantees sustainable cleaning, which reduces the use of water, detergent and energy. The reduced noise level allows the Magna floor scrubber-dryer to be used even during the opening hours of large supermarkets and shopping centres without disturbing the people present.

Start and Stop for energy saving

In case of temporary stops, the brush motors, suction, traction and water flow automatically switch off, reducing consumption, costs and emissions. All functions are automatically reactivated with a simple touch of the accelerator.

Optional disinfector version

Available on request Fimap Magna Disinfector version to clean and sanitize environments in a single step . Nebulization exploits the advantages of electrostatic technology by pushing the liquid particles to repel each other in order to maintain a constant distance. Furthermore, they are attracted by the surfaces on which they are directed, ensuring total 360° coverage of the space.

Consisting of a sanitizing gun , lower and upper nozzles , the Fimap Disinfector optional allows for professional sanitization of surfaces.
