Technical Specifications
CGM 300P 400V 268 kW 359 Hp is the professional solution for those looking for a powerful generator with high quality performance . Equipped with a Perkins 1506A-E88TAG5 Diesel engine with 4 poles, mechanical regulation and 1500 RPM , 6 cylinders and 8800 cc with supercharged aspiration and water cooling , this fixed generator set has a tank with a capacity of 250 L , a consumption of 33 - 48 - 65 L/h and an autonomy of 5.2 hours .
With Stamford brushless self-excited alternator , voltage and frequency as a function of load are automatically adjusted by the AVR .
Functional Specifications
Manual Electrical Panel (standard)
Equipped with a control unit with COMAP AMF25 multimeter , the manual electrical panel of the CGM 300 P generator has an IP44 metal case , a control key with ON/OFF switch , a standard emergency button , a 4P ABB Tmax-T 630A magnetothermal protection switch and electrical distribution with a full power terminal block .
This manual control panel features main protection alarms for min-max V and Hz, LOP. HWT , alternator charger failure and low fuel level .
Automatic Electrical Panel (optional - on request)
The automatic start electrical panel with COMAP AMF25 control unit is an optional feature of the CGM 300P generator. It features IP44 protection , a keyless ON-OFF switch and a standard emergency button . The 12V 5A battery charger maintainer , electrical distribution with full power terminal blocks and a 4P ABB Tmax-T 320A circuit breaker .
This automatic control panel features main protection alarms for min-max V and Hz, LOP. HWT , alternator charger failure and low fuel level .
Control Unit
COMAP AMF25 : equipped with automatic or manual start, remote start, periodic test; multimeter V (L1, L2, L3, N), A (L1, L2, L3), Hz, kVa, battery V, hour meter; backlit LCD display and USB port; Ethernet, GSM-GPRS, 4G, GPS.
SoundProof Version
The silenced version of the CGM 300P generator is equipped with a self-supporting frame in electro-welded carbon steel with a minimum thickness of 3 mm , soundproofed casing in electro-welded carbon steel sheet with a thickness between 1.5 and 4.5 mm and external epoxy powder coating RAL5015 textured finish .
This soundproof generator is protected by polyester fibre material . Closed by three doors that can be opened with a key lock . Fire resistant with EN13501-1 class B classification and with a residential type muffler inside the casing with 35 dB(A) noise reduction .
