CGM 180P is a fixed industrial generator with continuous net power of 144 kW (180 kVA) . With PERKINS 1106A-70TAG3 engine with mechanical speed governor , 210.4 HP and 7010 cc at 1500 RPM . CGM 180 P has 6 cylinders , with aspiration and water cooling .
AVR voltage regulator
CGM 180 P is equipped with a 4-pole AVR voltage regulator with voltage accuracy of +-1%. Brushless alternator .
Manual electrical panel
Equipped with a control unit with a Comap InteliLite 9 multimeter , this electrical panel has IP44 protection. With a standard emergency button and a circuit breaker .
Standard control unit
The standard control unit features automatic/manual start , remote start , periodic testing , a multimeter , a counter , a battery, and a backlit LCD display . A USB port is available. Communication accessories are available.
Soundproof cabin for outdoors
The soundproof version is equipped with a soundproof and weatherproof cabin, made of structural steel sheet , thickness between 1.5 and 4.5 mm. RAL5015 textured epoxy powder coating. Internal lining in sound-absorbing material with high noise reduction , finished with water-repellent and anti-oil material.
CGM 180P has maximum accessibility for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance by means of two large doors with key lock and padlocks.
Fresh air intake from below and on the short side, hot air expulsion from above and below the cabin.
