Karcher BR 30/4 C Adv , professional floor cleaner for cleaning and vacuuming floors with a compact and light structure, ideal for rooms with surfaces from 20 to 200 m² . The BR 30/4 C Adv is an extremely easy-to-use machine, equipped with large wheels that facilitate flat handling and overcoming any steps.
The clean water tank can be removed very quickly and, thanks to its compact size, it can easily be filled even in the washbasin at home. The recovery water tank, on the other hand, mounts a convenient handle that simplifies the emptying and cleaning process. The suction bar can be lifted and disassembled in order to simplify cleaning and replacement and the brush and the water distribution strip can be disassembled without the use of tools and without the possibility of losing the fixing parts.
The Karcher BR 30/4 C is equipped with a reliable electric motor and a bypass suction turbine with clutch for overload protection in case of accidental brush blocking.
The high-speed brush roller allows to obtain a contact pressure 10 times higher than manual washing with a brush and facilitates the forward movement of the machine, also adapting to tiled surfaces. The rubber lip dries in both forward and reverse , allowing for quick drying; for a deeper cleaning it is possible to exclude the drying bar simply by operating the foot switch.
