Fral FD2000TCR FD3000TCR - Industrial Dehumidifier with Fixed Exhaust
The Fral FD series dehumidifiers are suitable for humidity control in commercial and industrial environments. The Fral FD2000TCR and Fral FD3000TCR dehumidifiers are particularly robust and durable , easy to install and easy to maintain. They can be placed in environments for the conservation of food products , or in industrial processes where humidity control is necessary.
The Fral FD2000TCR and Fral FD3000TCR dehumidifiers are equipped with a washable air filter and an on-board mechanical dehumidifier. They are equipped with an on-board mechanical dehumidifier. It is possible to connect a remote digital dehumidifier. They must be connected to a fixed drain .
Optional hot gas defrosting system , with electronic and thermostatic control. These FRAL dehumidifiers can work at temperatures close to 0 °C.
How a dehumidifier works
A dehumidifier is a machine that sucks in air and filters it. The air passes through a radiator filled with refrigerant gas . The low temperature condenses the humidity present, collecting the waste liquid in a tank. The Fral dehumidifier recirculates the filtered and humidity-free air through the action of a fan .
Functional specifications
Galvanized sheet metal panels
Structure with aluminium profiles and panels in sturdy galvanised sheet metal , painted with epoxy powders, guaranteeing high resistance to atmospheric agents and aggressive environments .
Scroll compressor
Scroll mounted on anti-vibration mounts. Equipped with housing resistance and thermal safety.
Condensation collection tank
The tank is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, the Fral FD2000TCR and Fral FD3000TCR dehumidifier must be connected to a fixed drain, avoiding the formation of double siphons. Fix a pipe with a 3⁄4" F connection to the welded connection of the tank.
Fan
Double inlet centrifugal fan, built with sturdy galvanized sheet metal blades , statically and dynamically balanced. Three-speed fan .
Protection
IP21 standard. Optional IP44 on request.
Hot gas defrosting
It allows you to use the dehumidifier in environments with temperatures up to 3 °C . It is a special hot gas injection system to accelerate the defrosting of ice formed in the evaporator.
Air supply
The air supply is supplied as standard on the opposite side to the air inlet of Fral FD2000TCR and Fral FD3000TCR but the dehumidifier can be requested in the TOP version - with delivery on the upper side of the machine.
Washable and easily replaceable air filter
The air filter, supplied as standard with the unit, is washable and easily replaceable. Polyurethane filter and high efficiency filter .
Microprocessor
Controls defrost cycles , compressor timer and alarm board. The dehumidifier is equipped with step sequence control.
Easily visible control panel
Located on the side of the machine. Complies with European regulations.
Optional: Condensate lifting pump
On request.
