Fral FD1200 and FD2000 - High Performance Industrial Dehumidifiers
Fral FD1200 and FD2000 are dehumidifiers for industrial use and commercial environments capable of working with temperatures from 7 to 35 °C and suitable for humidity control even within environments for the conservation of agri-food products or delicate industrial processes. These Fral dehumidifiers are particularly robust and can be connected to a remote digital dehumidifier. Fral FD1200 and Fral FD2000 must be connected to a fixed drain and is equipped with a washable dust filter and a mechanical dehumidistat mounted on board.
These industrial dehumidifiers have aluminum profiles and sturdy galvanized sheet metal panels capable of guaranteeing high resistance to atmospheric agents and aggressive environments.

Functional Specifications
Galvanized frame
The structure of the Fral FD1200 and FD2000 dehumidifier features aluminum profiles with sturdy galvanized sheet metal panels painted with epoxy powders which allows the product not to be damaged by atmospheric agents and exposure to aggressive environments.
Scroll compressor
These industrial dehumidifiers are of the scroll type mounted on vibration dampers with thermal safety and housing resistance.
Refrigeration circuit
The evaporation is condensation and the coil is made up of copper tubes and aluminum fins. Drying filter, Shrader valves, minimum and maximum pressure switch.
Condensate collection
The dehumidifier must be connected to a fixed drain using a pipe connected to the tank with a 3/4" F connection, avoiding the formation of double siphons. The tank is made of anti-corrosion stainless steel.
Fan
The fan with which Fral FD1200 and Fral FD2000 is equipped is a 3-speed centrifugal double inlet fan. They also feature sturdy galvanized sheet metal blades that balance the fan statically and dynamically.
IP21 protection
The standard protection degree of these dehumidifiers is IP21. On request it is possible to have IP44.
Hot gas defrost
The dehumidifier can be separately equipped with a hot gas defrost system, thus allowing the dehumidifier to be able to work even with temperatures close to 0 °C.
Fral dehumidifier air delivery
The standard delivery of these Fral dehumidifiers is placed on the side opposite the intake, but it is possible to request the professional dehumidifier in the Top version - with delivery on the upper side of the machine.
Air filter
The filter is high efficiency and is made of polyurethane. Washable and easily replaceable air filter.
Microprocessor
The microprocessor controls the defrost cycles, the compressor timer and the alarm board.
Easily visible control panel
Located on the side of the machine. Complies with European regulations 73/23 and 89/336.
Technical specifications
The FD1200 and FD2000 dehumidifiers are suitable for use in industrial and commercial spaces and are the ideal machine for removing and/or controlling room humidity. Their nominal dehumidification capacity , calculated in a 90% humidity situation with a temperature of 32°C, is 1200 L/24h with a maximum absorbed power of 17.2 kW for Fral FD1200 and 2000 L/24h with a maximum power absorbed of 27.4 kW for Fral FD2000. The sound pressure calculated at 3 meters away is 71 and 82 dB(A) respectively.
