Fral FD750 and FD980 - Easily Installable Industrial Dehumidifiers
Fral FD750 and Fral FD980 are dehumidifiers for industrial use suitable for humidity control even inside environments for the conservation of agri-food products or delicate industrial processes. These Fral dehumidifiers must be connected to a fixed drain and are equipped with a washable dust filter and a mechanical dehumidifier mounted on board.
Fral FD750 and Fral FD980 have aluminium profiles and removable panels in sturdy hot-dip galvanised sheet metal capable of guaranteeing high resistance to atmospheric agents and aggressive environments.
Galvanized sheet metal structure
The structure of these Fral Industrial dehumidifiers features aluminum profiles with sturdy hot-dip galvanized sheet metal panels that prevent the product from being damaged by atmospheric agents and exposure to aggressive environments. These panels are removable, thus allowing for simple and rapid inspection and internal maintenance.

Condensation collection
The dehumidifier must be connected to a fixed drain using a pipe connected to the tank with a 3/4" F connection, avoiding the formation of double siphons. The tank is made of anti-corrosion stainless steel.
Fan
The fan that these Fral dehumidifiers for internal use are equipped with is a 3-speed centrifugal type with double suction. These dehumidifiers also have sturdy galvanized sheet metal blades that balance the fan statically and dynamically.
IP21 protection
The standard protection level of this dehumidifier is IP21. IP44 is available on request.
Hot gas defrosting
It allows the use of the dehumidifier in environments with a minimum temperature of up to 0.5°C, it is a special hot gas injection system to speed up the defrosting of ice formed in the evaporator.
Fral dehumidifier air delivery
The standard delivery of this Fral dehumidifier is placed on the opposite side to the intake, but it is possible to request the professional dehumidifier in the Top version - with delivery on the upper side of the machine.
Air Filter
The filter is high efficiency and is made of polyurethane. Air filter is washable and easily replaceable.
Microprocessor
The microprocessor controls the defrost cycles, the compressor timer and the alarm board.
Easily visible control panel
Located on the side of the machine. Complies with European regulations 73/23 and 89/336.
Technical Specifications
These Fral FD750 and FD980 dehumidifiers are suitable for use in industrial spaces and are the ideal machines for removing and/or controlling humidity in rooms. The nominal dehumidification capacity of Fral FD750 , calculated in a situation of 90% humidity with a temperature of 32°C, is 750 L/24h with a maximum absorbed power of 10.7 kW while Fral FD980 has a nominal dehumidification capacity of 980 L/24h with a maximum absorbed power of 13.7 kW . The sound pressure calculated at 3 meters away is 67 dB(A) and 70 dB(A) respectively.
