Fral FSW96 - Fixed Pool Dehumidifier
The Fral FSW96 is a fixed dehumidifier for Fral FSW series swimming pools , but it can be used in a variety of applications. Resistant to chlorine corrosion , this pool dehumidifier features a high-efficiency polyurethane filter that is washable and easily replaceable.
The Fral FSW96 has the option of direct discharge or with the optional installation of a condensate lifting pump . The condensate lifting pump allows condensate to be sent up to 3.5 m high from the level where the professional dehumidifier has been positioned.
Refined design, Fral FSW96 can also be installed in environments open to the public such as libraries and offices .
How a pool dehumidifier works
To enjoy an indoor pool and swim in complete comfort, it's helpful to keep the humidity level between 60% and 70%. This will prevent fogged windows, damage to components, and condensation on surfaces. Fral pool dehumidifiers help prevent the evaporation of hot water, which makes pool use uncomfortable.
A professional fixed dehumidifier allows you to keep the air free from humidity , thus avoiding the formation of mold, peeling paint, and constantly fogged windows . Fral dehumidifiers from the FSW range recirculate filtered and humidity-free air through the action of a fan .
Functional specifications
Galvanized sheet metal structure and rotary compressor
The FSW series dehumidifiers are made of galvanized sheet metal and painted with polyurethane powders enameled at 180°C to ensure the best resistance to atmospheric agents. The structure is self-supporting . The Fral FSW63 swimming pool dehumidifier is equipped with a rotary compressor . The compressor of this Fral dehumidifier has low energy consumption and silent operation . The rotary compressor for swimming pool dehumidifiers uses R410a refrigerant gas.
Refrigeration circuit and condensation collection
The refrigeration circuit includes a filter drier , Schrader valves for maintenance and control, capillary tube expansion , compressor , condenser and evaporator made of copper tubes with aluminum fins. The condensate collection container is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel , with a 3⁄4" female connection for the condensate drain pipe.
Fan, filter and microprocessor
This Fral FSW96 swimming pool dehumidifier features a centrifugal fan . The air filter is made of synthetic material , washable and easily replaceable . The microprocessor of the professional dehumidifier is used to control general operation , automatic defrosting , alarms and humidity and temperature regulation.
Electrical panel
The electrical panel of the Fral dehumidifier is composed of: remote control terminals and electronic board .
Testing
Refrigerant circuit leak tests, electrical discharge tests and functional tests are performed.
