PTC Easy power LD / XXL D - Industrial diesel high pressure washer up to 1450 bar
PTC Easy Power in the LD and XXL D versions are industrial pressure washers with a sturdy frame made of painted tubulars designed to last a long time thanks to the special anti-corrosion treatment and AISI 304 stainless steel covering panels. This professional pressure washer is equipped with handles ergonomic to facilitate maneuverability, with practical gun and lance housings.
Equipped with a Yanmar Stage V liquid-cooled engine, these Ultra High Pressure Washers are available in different models up to 1450 bar operating pressure.
While the PTC EasyPower L version is characterized by greater ease of transport and belt-pulley transmission, the XXL version has increased dimensions, increased performance and direct drive .
Both models are available either in the version with 4 anti-vibration feet (with industrial trailer option on request) or with Trolley with 2 solid wheels + 2 swivel wheels with brake . You can choose the desired model from the drop-down menu.

Technical and functional specifications
The PTC Easy Power pressure washer in the LD and XXL D models is built with a sturdy frame made of tubulars painted and treated with anti-corrosion , thus ensuring long life and resistance to bad weather . The covering panels are made of AISI 304 stainless steel , giving the device considerable strength and resistance to corrosion.
This heavy-duty pressure washer features a liquid-cooled Yanmar Stage V engine . The suction water pressure is boosted by a booster pump , which ensures high performance with pressure starting from 400 up to 1450 bar depending on the model chosen. Furthermore, the machine is equipped with a 63 mm pressure gauge with glycerin for precise pressure control.
The management of the engine and work operations is entrusted to a starting and control panel with PLC , which includes safety systems for lack of water, overpressure and overtemperature, as well as a fuel level indicator to constantly monitor the operating status of the machine.
The transmission system varies between the LD version, which uses a belt-pulley , and the XXL version with direct drive . To facilitate use, the pressure washer is equipped with practical housings for the gun and lance, making everything easily accessible and tidy.
Transportability and Handling
the PTC Easy Power L/XXL Diesel is available in the trolley version , equipped with two solid wheels and two swivel wheels with brake, or in the Skid version , which rests on four anti-vibration feet with an industrial trailer option on request.

Motor and pump
PTC Easypower Diesel L and XXL ranges use the following pumps:
- HPP ETH - 2400/3000 rpm
- HPP ESHR - 2000/2500 rpm
- HPP ESVR - 1500/2200 rpm
The HPP pumps in the ETH, ESHR and ESVR models are built with an aluminum alloy body , which guarantees lightness and resistance. This three-piston in-line volumetric pump features a stainless steel head and a pressed steel eccentric shaft. Lubrication occurs via splashing , ensuring optimal oil distribution. The shaft support bearings are largely oversized tapered rollers for long life. The connecting rods are made of steel with thin-shell bushings, while the guide pistons and plunger pistons are made of stainless steel and all-ceramic, respectively. The suction and delivery valves are made of stainless steel, and the gaskets are designed to ensure high reliability.
