The highly professional Lavor Thermic 26 7013 K pressure washer is equipped with 4 twin wheels with a diameter of 35 cm , a liquid -cooled Kohler KDW1003 Diesel engine with 26 HP and Triplex TW 700 pumps. The pressure washer has a speed reducer (with pump at 1450 RPM ), the starting is electric and has an oil-alert safety device, an hour meter and a stainless steel pressure gauge .
The engine speed of the Lavor Thermic 26 7013 K can be manually adjusted using the appropriate regulator. There is also a stainless steel valve with gradual pressure recovery with Easy-Start , a safety valve and a thermostatic valve. To complete this high-performance pressure washer there is a large pump inlet water filter with inspectable cartridge.
TW 700 pump
The Triplex TW 700 pump is made of aluminum alloy with anodizing treatment and has a finned crankcase for low oil temperatures. With AISI 420 stainless steel head, stainless steel suction and delivery valves with caps on the delivery valves, this pump has an exclusive seal system: for the other pressure, the seals are lubricating; for low pressure there are rubber-cloth gaskets with anti-extrusion rings.
The pump works with an innovative Flushing System , which allows Venturi recirculation of the water in the head. The pistons are made of tungsten carbide , for greater resistance to abrasion and corrosion. The crankcase oil system minimizes piston wear. There is a Ø 30 male shaft, for coupling with a pulley and a reducer or hollow shaft electric motor.
As last characterizing elements we also point out the oversized tapered roller bearings with covers for precarious adjustment, an oil viewer and the two-piece connecting rods made of special aluminum alloy . The sealing system between the crankcase and cover consists of an O-ring and the pistons have guides in tempered stainless steel .
Kohler KDW1003 engine
Lavor Thermic 26 7013 K is equipped with a Kohler KDW 1003 diesel engine, a four-stroke , three-cylinder in-line , liquid -cooled, compact and versatile engine with 1028 cm³ displacement and 18 kW of declared power. The Kohler engine is used in the agricultural , industrial and automotive sectors.
