PTC Easy Power LE - High Pressure Cleaner

PTC Easy Power LE is an industrial pressure washer made with high quality and durable materials, equipped with a sturdy tubular frame painted with anti-corrosion treatment and ergonomic handles to facilitate maneuverability .

PTC Easy Power LE is ideal for use in quick and effective operations that require high power .

The pressure washer is available in two models that can be selected from the drop-down menu:

• EASY POWER LE 30 L/m - 500 bar
• EASY POWER LE 38 L/m - 400 bar

Technical specifications

The pressure washer is fitted with a Nicolini 1450 RPM three-phase asynchronous 30 kW (40 HP) motor , equipped with an elastic joint .

The cladding panels are made of solid AISI 304 stainless steel and there are also practical housings for the gun and lance and 4 ø 320 "all-road" foamed wheels with roller bearings.

The Easy Power LE control panel is equipped with star-delta starting and low voltage controls ( 24V ), main switch with:

• On and off buttons
• Emergency stop
• Counter
• Contactor with thermal relay (motor protection)

The pressure washer is equipped with a stainless steel unloader valve with pressure release (reset at 50% of the set pressure) and EASY START , direct water suction , self-priming pump, DN 63 stainless steel pressure gauge with glycerine and 100 mesh water filter with cartridge easily replaceable .

PUMP HPP ET PTC

Easy Power LE mounts a volumetric pump with three pistons in line with symmetrical casing equipped with fixings above and below for right or left shaft extension and with double oil viewer .

The pump body is in aluminum alloy with nickel-plated brass head and hardened steel eccentric shaft, splash lubrication and is equipped with special anti-friction alloy connecting rods.

Furthermore, the guide piston is made of stainless steel and the plunger pistons are made of integral ceramic . The tapered roller shaft support bearings are vastly oversized for long life .

The HPP ET pump is equipped with spherical contact stainless steel delivery valves, highly reliable seals with recirculation chamber and low pressure lubrication .
