PTC Easy power XL E / XXL E - Industrial High Pressure Washer up to 1450 bar
PTC Easy Power in the XL E and XXL E versions are industrial pressure washers with a sturdy painted tubular frame , designed to last a long time thanks to the special anti-corrosion treatment and AISI 304 stainless steel covering panels. This professional pressure washer is equipped with handles ergonomic to facilitate maneuverability, with practical gun and lance housings.
PTC EasyPower XL is easily transportable : there are two solid ø 400 wheels with steel axle and ball bearings + 2 swivel wheels with brakes . The PTC Easypower XL professional pressure washer delivers a pressure that varies from 800 bar to 1500 bar, ideal for both industrial , shipbuilding , naval and construction use or for demanding private individuals looking for a pressure washer with high construction quality and advanced performance .
This industrial pressure washer is also available in the XXL version: the extra-large PTC Easy Power XXL E version has increased dimensions , increased performance with 50 HP and greater pressure.

Technical and functional specifications
Complete three-phase pressure washer
With 400 V industrial electrical connection, this three-phase pressure washer features a low voltage (24V) industrial starting and control panel , with star-delta starting and 10 meters of power cable. PTC Easypower XL features a contactor with thermal relay for motor protection, a main switch , on / off buttons and emergency stop . The PTC Easypower XL and PTC Easypower XXL pressure washers are equipped with an hour meter .
Motor and pump
PTC Easypower XL is a high pressure washer that features an elastic coupling joint between pump and motor . The motor of this cold water pressure washer is asynchronous with high efficiency.
The PTC Easypower XL and XXL pressure washers use the following pumps:
With cast iron pump body , stainless steel head and pressed steel shaft and eccentrics . Lubrication is by splash , with high reliability seals for long life, as well as largely oversized shaft support bearings . The connecting rods of the HPP EVR and HPP EFVR pumps are made of steel with thin shell bushings . Stainless steel guide piston and integral ceramic plunger pistons .
