Helvi PC 33 - Single Phase Inverter Plasma Cutting

Helvi COMBI PC 302K is a compressed air plasma cutting inverter system equipped with an internal compressor so that it can work both with the latter and with external compressed air.

This professional machine allows for fast cutting without deformations , it is sold with a torch and ground cable with clamp .

Technical Specifications

Helvi COMBI PC 302K plasma cutting 230V has a 60% power of 2.5/3 kW and a no-load voltage of 310V . Compact in size , this welding machine measures 20 x 43.5 x 39.5 cm and weighs 20 kg .

With the use of the internal compressor , Helvi COMBI PC has a regulation range of 10 ÷ 25 A , a duty cycle of 25A @ 40% and 12A @ 100% and a maximum cutting capacity of 8 mm .

Using external compressed air , however, you can have a regulation range of 10 ÷ 30 A , a duty cycle of 30A @ 30% and 12A @ 100% , a maximum cutting capacity of 10 mm , 4 ÷ 5 bar of air pressure and a maximum cutting current of 100 L/min .

Plasma Cutting

Plasma welding is an evolution of TIG welding designed for industries and professionals with high skills, where the plasma comes from a highly ionized gas with excellent performance in terms of welding resistance and precision. Thanks to its strong mechanical resistance to traction and heat, this type of welding is recommended for industrial processes. The molten metal (plasma) that comes out of the nozzle at very high speed reaching temperatures of up to 20,000 °C.

Plasma Welding can be used on any type of metal that has medium-high thicknesses. This type of welding is faster than other welding and has a very high concentration of power, an almost total absence of fumes and requires a lower intensity of current.
