The Biemmedue Orion steam cleaner is an extraordinary unit which, with its code. 10OR000 and the matt black colour, stands out for its exceptional cleaning and hygiene capabilities. Featuring a pressure rating of 10 bar and a steam temperature of 190°C , this suction steam cleaner ensures high-quality cleaning performance on a variety of surfaces.

The Biemmedue Orion steam cleaner is ideal for cleaning machinery in heavy industry , moulds, workshop equipment and worktops . Its versatility makes it suitable for all types of cleaning and sanitization operations, even in confined spaces.

AISI 316 stainless steel boiler

The AISI 316 stainless steel boiler , PED certified , gives the Biemmedue Orion professional steam cleaner superior robustness and corrosion resistance .

Continuous steam production

Steam production occurs continuously , with an automatic filling system that allows uninterrupted work for up to 24 hours without interruptions.

Flexible steam regulation

The unit offers flexible adjustment of steam , detergent and hot water, with the ability to activate and deactivate these functions directly from the gun handle. A practical LED indicator on the machine provides clear information on the current setting.

Hot detergent injection

The Biemmedue Orion features a series of advanced functions, such as the injection of hot detergent and the injection of superheated water directly from the boiler. These features further improve cleaning effectiveness, allowing you to tackle a variety of tasks with ease.

Compact and easy to move

The compactness and ease of handling make the Biemmedue Orion extremely practical for industrial and commercial applications. The automatic drainage of the boiler, controlled by a convenient switch on the machine, further simplifies maintenance operations.

Can be combined with 1/3 motors

The unit can be combined with 1/2/3 motor aspirators , with or without detergent injection , thanks to the quick coupling system on the machine. The modular construction system facilitates maintenance, ensuring long life and optimal performance over time.

This method respects the integrity of the wood , avoiding the use of aggressive chemicals.

Biemmedue designed the Lavabarrique system, a technology that allows dry steam to penetrate through the only hole available in the oak barrel. Taking advantage of the high temperature of the steam, it sanitizes the internal walls
