Du-Puy W3 HV - Industrial Wheeled Vacuum Cleaner 65/100 L

Du-Puy W3 HV is a multipurpose , agile and very practical industrial wheeled vacuum cleaner, equipped with three powerful by-pass motors and an accessory basket . The Du-Puy W3 HV vacuum cleaner was designed for general cleaning and for the suction of dust or solids in mechanical workshops , food companies, carpentry, artisan workshops , sandblasting , cement factories and surface treatment .

The Du-Puy W3 HV vacuum cleaner is mounted on a sturdy powder-coated steel frame , equipped with non-marking swivel wheels with parking brake , small dimensions, made with particular attention to the smallest details, and is also remarkably practical for the user. The tank allows a capacity of 65 L or 100 L , selectable from the drop-down menu.

Technical specifications

The Du-Puy W3 vacuum cleaner is equipped with three 3 x 1.3 kW single-phase motors, ideal for the suction of material with a high specific weight, furthermore the vacuum cleaner has a maximum depression of 3600 mmH20 and a maximum flow rate of 450 m³/h .

Suction unit

The suction is developed by three carbon brush by-pass motors , operated by independent switches and placed in a solid metal head , soundproofed with sound-absorbing material .

Control Panel

The Du-Puy W3 HV vacuum cleaner has a control panel located on the head where there is a vacuum gauge with indicator light , useful for detecting any saturation of the filter. Two handles located on the engine head allow it to be easily lifted for possible inspection or replacement of the underlying filter.

Filter unit

Inside the steel filter chamber of the aspirator there is a polyester pocket filter , capable of protecting the suction unit and ensuring high dust retention , also guaranteeing the purity of the outgoing air , thanks to a large surface area (2 m²) and high filtration efficiency (3 microns). Manual filter cleaning system with filter shaker lever .

Collection unit

The steel container is equipped with a quick release system that allows you to quickly dispose of the vacuumed material.
