Du-Puy W3 is a versatile , agile and very practical trolley-mounted industrial vacuum cleaner, equipped with three powerful by-pass motors and an accessory basket . The Du-Puy W3 vacuum cleaner was designed for general cleaning and for the suction of dust or solids in mechanical workshops , food companies, carpentry shops, artisan workshops , sandblasting , cement factories and surface treatment .

The Du-Puy W3 vacuum cleaner is mounted on a sturdy powder-coated steel frame , equipped with non-marking swivel wheels with parking brake , compact dimensions, made with particular attention to the smallest details, it is also remarkably practical for the user. The tank allows a capacity of 65 L or 100 L , selectable from the drop-down menu.

Technical specifications

The Du-Puy W3 vacuum cleaner is equipped with three 1.1 kW single-phase motors , ideal for vacuuming materials with a high specific weight. Furthermore, the vacuum cleaner has a maximum depression of 2400 mmH20 and a maximum flow rate of 540 m³/h .

Suction unit

The suction is developed by three single-phase motors with independent switches , protected inside a solid steel head , containing sound-absorbing material that reduces noise to a minimum during operation.

Control Panel

The Du-Puy W3 vacuum cleaner has a control panel located on the head where there is a vacuum gauge with a warning light , useful for detecting any saturation of the filter. Two handles located on the motor head allow it to be easily lifted for any inspection or replacement of the filter underneath.

Filter unit

Inside the steel filter chamber of the vacuum cleaner there is a polyester pocket filter , capable of protecting the suction unit and ensuring high dust retention , also guaranteeing the purity of the outgoing air , thanks to a large surface area (2m²) and high filtration efficiency (3 microns).

Filter shaker

Du-Puy W3 is also equipped with a manual cleaning system , consisting of a vertically moving filter shaker, which allows the operator to always maintain maximum suction performance with a few simple movements . The suction system with a Ø80 nozzle positioned under the filter allows dust, solids and liquids to be sucked up simultaneously without having to replace or remove the filter from the vacuum cleaner.

Collection unit

The material sucked up by the Du-Puy W3 vacuum cleaner is deposited in a steel release container mounted on wheels . The tank ensures that the sucked up material is disposed of quickly and without getting dirty , furthermore there is the possibility of bagging to avoid dispersing the sucked up material into the environment.
