Coynco STD Series vacuum cleaner

Vacuum cleaner for picking up large quantities of dust . Ideal for working in the construction, ceramic, chemical, pharmaceutical and food sectors.

Compared to the Coynco S and ST series models, the SMD and STD series offer greater filtering surface area , increased filter protection, greater collection container capacity and larger transport wheels to improve maneuverability.

Motorized industrial vacuum cleaner with single-phase or three-phase side channel turbine , of Italian production and made of die-cast aluminium.

Extremely robust, silent, powerful and reliable and suitable for continuous use even 24 hours a day. Switching on and off are controlled by a magneto-thermal switch, all protected by a box with IP 55 protection degree (IP 65 for the ATEX versions).

The turbine also includes a clearly visible vacuum gauge , useful to the operator for a quick check of the saturation status of the filter.

Machine suitable for the suction of large quantities of dust , even fine ones thanks to the increased filtering surface.

The filtration system features an aluminised, conductive cartridge filter, certified in class M as standard, washable and protected by a special patented stainless steel chamber which helps to considerably reduce the clogging of the primary filter thus creating great advantages in terms of efficiency of aspiration.

Furthermore, filter cleaning is facilitated and guaranteed by our patented POWER SHAKE system, which ensures, with a simple gesture, perfect automatic filter cleaning, thus avoiding the tedious and unhealthy situations of manual disassembly and cleaning.

The conductive filter

Why the conductive filter : the conductive filter allows you to eliminate electrostatic currents and limit filter clogging.

Why filter protection : avoids direct contact of the sucked material with the filter and favors the cyclonic effect. The special finned slots made in the upper part of the protection guarantee a balanced flow of air and a low speed of the same in the lower part which helps the dust to settle in the collection containers.

Coynco STD series is also available in ATEX version (Coynco STD 400 ATEX 21, STD 220 ATEX 2-22, STD 300 ATEX 2-22)
