Coynco ST is a robust, silent, powerful, very reliable vacuum cleaner suitable for continuous use 24 hours a day.
The switching on and off are controlled by a magnetothermic switch, all protected by a box with IP 55 protection degree (IP 65 for the ATEX versions).
The turbine also includes a clearly visible vacuum gauge, useful for the operator to check the saturation status of the filter.

The filtration system includes an aluminized, conductive and class M certified cartridge filter as standard , washable and protected by a special patented stainless steel chamber, which helps to significantly reduce the clogging of the primary filter, thus creating great advantages in terms of d suction efficiency.

Conductive Filter and Automatic Filter Shaker

Why the conductive filter : the conductive filter eliminates electrostatic currents and limits the clogging of the filter.
Why the protection of the filter : avoids direct contact of the sucked material with the filter and favors the cyclonic effect. The special finned slits obtained in the upper part of the protection guarantee a balanced flow of air and a low speed of the same in the lower part which helps the dust to settle in the collection containers.

Furthermore, filter cleaning is facilitated and guaranteed by the patented POWER SHAKE filter shaker (pneumatic system) which ensures, with a simple gesture, the perfect cleaning of the filter, thus avoiding tedious and unhealthy manual disassembly and cleaning operations.

Continuous Collection Bag

The main feature of the machine is that of being able to bag the sucked material into a special continuous LONGOPAC® bag , consisting of a very resistant plastic tubular 20 meters long, allowing the operator to quickly and easily refill the bag, which it is always at hand.
The considerable advantage of the LONGOPAC® system is simplicity and practicality: even during the suction phase of the machine it is possible to dispose of a full and sealed bag, which can be transported anywhere, thus avoiding the tiring operations of transferring conventional drums which always cause dust dispersion in the environment with consequent inhalation of material by the operator. The aspirator is also equipped with a flow reverser and can also be supplied in the ATEX version (ST 4 ATEX 21, ST 22 ATEX 2-22 and ST 3 BAG ATEX 2-22).

With the LONGOPAC system, the dust is bagged into the collection bags without dispersion into the environment at the time of disposal!
