Kranzle Therm C - Industrial Hot Water Pressure Washers

Main features
- The pump head in special brass
the pump head is made in Germany by Kranzle, using special forged brass which guarantees extremely long life. - Stainless steel pistons with ceramic coating
all machines are equipped with ceramic-coated stainless steel pistons that offer excellent thermal conductivity characteristics and excellent wear resistance properties (typical of ceramic coatings). - Motor 1400 rpm
the devices are equipped with long-lasting 4-pole asynchronous electromotors and low speed (1,400 rpm). No charcoal brushes = no problems! - Protection against dry running
in all machines each piston is equipped with a textile band and a Teflon-graphite ring. The excellent sliding properties of the Teflon-graphite elements reduce frictional resistance and temperatures inside the device. For this reason, Kränzle products can work for a long time even without water. And this increases safety in cases of dry running. - Bypass operation:
When the gun is closed, all the devices are switched to bypass operation at reduced pressure and the water is transported into the circuit with a residual pressure of approximately 10 bar. - Sturdy frame with four large diameter rubber wheels suitable for transport on any type of terrain and parking brake
- Front and rear impact protection
- DELAYED TOTAL STOP (Immediate Total Stop for CA)
the engine starts and stops automatically by operating the control lever of the high pressure gun. However, in large devices, the continuous switching on and off of the motor can cause overloads on the electrical network and greater wear of the internal switching elements. For this reason, when the gun lever is released, the pump continues to run without pressure for another 30 seconds in by-pass mode. After this time, if the jet is not reactivated, the engine is switched off. The device will then be reactivated by activating the gun again. - OPTICAL FLAME CONTROL SYSTEM (absent in the CA version)
To prevent damage to the combustion chamber, the flame is constantly monitored via a photocell mounted above the combustion chamber. - DOUBLE SAFETY SYSTEM FOR THE BURNER
the water flow is controlled by a pressure switch and a flow regulator which enable burner operation only in the presence of the correct operating pressure and avoid any overheating of the combustion chamber - SMOKE TEMPERATURE CONTROL (absent in the CA version)
a safety thermostat intervenes in the event of a smoke temperature above 230° C - MAGNETO-THERMAL SWITCH TO PROTECT THE ENGINE
all models in the Therm series are equipped with motor protection which intervenes in the event of excessive current absorption - BY-PASS VALVE TO PROTECT THE PUMP
protection valve against overpressure damage and continuous regulation of water quantity and pressure - Water pressure and quantity adjustment
all machines allow you to set the operating pressure and quantity of water so as to adapt them exactly to the needs of the cleaning you are carrying out. - Stainless steel pressure gauge
all machines are equipped with large and clearly visible stainless steel pressure gauges cushioned with glycerin. Kränzle quality also in the details. - Absence of corrosion and long life
all pump components and safety devices that transport water are made of stainless steel or special brass. - Loss recovery system
a layer of water between the piston sealing systems prevents the sucked air from coming into contact with the pump seal. This allows a significant increase in the life of the pistons themselves and the pump - Product safety
