Du-Puy Dedust 1 - Industrial Dust Collector for Fine Wood and Metal Dust

The Du-Puy Dedust 1 industrial dust collector is an aspirator for fumes and dust equipped with an electric fan which guarantees a high air flow. Du-Puy Dedust 1 is suitable for the localized extraction of welding fumes and fine dust from wood and metal cutting thanks to the possibility of installing an articulated arm for localized extraction.

The operation of the Du-Puy Dedust 1 dust collector takes place via a stilling chamber , i.e. a strong enlargement of the passage section which causes a sudden slowdown of the dust particles inside it. This speed reduction increases the gravitational effect that causes the particles to fall into the container.

Equipped with 1 Cat. M antistatic cartridge filter which retains particles up to 1 µ with a high filtering surface, Du-Puy Dedust 1 causes the fine dust sucked up to settle in a 5 L drawer mounted on wheels, allowing rapid disposal of the material.

Possibility of configuring the aspirator with Hepa post filter for the re-emission of the air into the working environment. Activated carbon post filter for the absorption of vapors and odours.

The frame is made entirely of steel and is painted with epoxy powder .

Filter unit

The cartridges of Du-Puy Dedust 1 are cleaned automatically thanks to an alternating pneumatic cleaning system in counter-current, timed and adjustable. The antistatic polyester cartridge filter, placed inside the filtering chamber, guarantees a large filtration surface and high resistance to dust passage and clogging.

The Du-Puy Dedust 1 vacuum cleaner is mounted on a sturdy metal frame and equipped with heavy-duty industrial wheels, making it easy to move even on rough surfaces . The steel container is equipped with a quick release system which allows for the rapid disposal of the sucked material.
