Master BC 341 - Mobile Evaporative Cooler

Master BC 341 is a portable industrial cooler ideal for cooling large work areas ; the machine is in fact ideal for environments with areas up to approximately 400 m² , being able to provide a high air flow rate of 30000 m³/h .

The cooler is a professional-quality product Made in Italy and has been developed with a sturdy, corrosion-resistant plastic structure; no installation or ducting is required, and it also features large swivel wheels with brakes for easy movement.

The Master cooler offers low running costs thanks to limited energy consumption and low maintenance costs. The device is equipped with evaporative filter pads that trap dirt and a built-in UV lamp for disinfecting the water in the tank. The tank offers great autonomy thanks to its 200 lL capacity and can also be connected directly to the water mains for refilling. A practical control panel is located on the side of the machine for setting the various functions.

Powerful cooling for large surfaces

With a maximum air flow rate of 30,000 m³/h and a filtered air flow rate of 23,000 m³/h , the Master BC 341 cooler is designed to provide uniform and rapid cooling in large industrial environments. It is ideal for industries such as plastics, glass, assembly, and painting, where temperature control is essential for comfort and production efficiency. Its 340 dm³ cooling panel ensures high absorption and heat exchange capacity.

No installation required

Master BC 341 is completely installation-free: it requires no ductwork or structural work . It is a completely portable and ready-to-use device. Furthermore, it is easy to maintain, thanks to its accessible components and evaporative filter pads, which retain dust and impurities, protecting the system and improving air quality.

Integrated UV lamp for water sterilization

The Master BC 341 is equipped with a UV lamp for water disinfection , which eliminates bacteria and microorganisms before vaporization. This system ensures healthier cooling, essential in environments where hygiene is a priority, such as the food or agricultural sectors. Furthermore, the device includes automatic water level control, preventing overfilling and interruptions.

200 L tank and possibility of connection to water mains

The Master BC 341 can be connected directly to the water mains via a ½-inch connection, ensuring a continuous water supply to the 200-litre tank. This feature allows for extended use without the need for manual refills, ideal for industrial environments. The integrated water level control system prevents waste and interruptions , ensuring constant and efficient cooling, even in high-intensity environments such as warehouses, workshops and production facilities.

Easy to move and silent cooler

With a durable structure, the Master BC 341 cooler is built to last. Its 130 kg weight is balanced by a base with wheels and handles, making it easy to move around large production spaces. Its noise level is kept to a low 70 dB(A) , making it suitable even for busy work environments where acoustic comfort is important.

How Evaporative Coolers Work

Warm air passes through the evaporative filter and is loaded with moisture from the water in the tank; the air is cooled, purified, and then distributed throughout the room.

The escaping air is therefore moistened and cooler, and upon contact with the skin, it creates a feeling of well-being. The effect is more pronounced in hot, dry environments.
