BIEMMEDUE INNOVATION

The Biemmedue company has developed a patented innovation for the BM2 generator.

This innovation concerns the adoption of a new type of burner , which replaces the traditional burners present on the market (such as Ecoflam, Riello, Lamborghini, etc.).

This new burner eliminates the ceramic fiber refractory cone normally found in the combustion chambers of similar machines.

Instead of using a single refractory cone, the BM2 generator adopts a multilayer cone composed of three concentric cones .

This cooling system is ensured by a fan , which performs a double function :

• Cools the concentric cones;
• It generates the air flow necessary for the combustion of diesel and the formation of the flame.

Thanks to this innovation , the technical problems related to the fragility and tendency of ceramic fibre to break are eliminated .

Furthermore, the generator's external casing benefits from better cooling compared to traditional solutions.
