Oklima PH 400 - Hot Air Generator

Oklima PH 400 is an indirect combustion hot air generator with a dedicated burner , separate from the fan . Oklima PH 400 is a hot air cannon with a double power selector : 1st stage ( 75 kW ), 2nd stage ( 110 kW ).

This type of hot air generators on wheels are used in workshops , industries , warehouses , horticulture and floriculture . Very useful for drying , dehydrating , defrosting and heating . To use Oklima PH 400 in closed environments it is possible to install a small chimney connected to the outside for the evacuation of fumes.

The Oklima PH 400 hot air generator is equipped with a socket for connection to a thermostat , humidistat or timer . With power cable ( 1.5 m ) with plug .

Double power selector

Using a power selector it is possible to switch from the 1st stage (75 kW ) to the 2nd stage ( 110 kW ). This flexibility of operation allows to reduce consumption in applications where a low ∆ T is sufficient; avoiding frequent on and off cycles when you are close to the set room temperature . The Oklima PH 400 electric cannon therefore has a better thermal combustion efficiency .

Combustion chamber 4 smoke passes

The Oklima PH 400 indirect combustion hot air generator consists of a combustion chamber in AISI 430 stainless steel with four smoke passes . The heat exchangers in aluminized steel for better heat exchange with the cooling air . In Oklima PH the combustion chamber with 4 smoke passes allows for increased heat exchange inside the chamber, with cooling of the combustion fumes . The efficiency of this cannon is close to 90% .

BM2 diesel burner

This series of Oklima electric cannons is characterized by the adoption of a dedicated BM2 burner . This BM2 burner replaces traditional Ecoflam, Riello and Lamborghini burner models, and the integrated systems used on economy machines, where the combustion air is generated by part of the fan air. With a 135 L tank and a consumption of 6330÷9278 kg/h , Oklima PH 400 provides high performance appreciated by professionals.

Thermostat for perfect regulation

The ventilation thermostat switches the fan on/off only when the combustion chamber is hot/cold . There is also an overheat thermostat and a limit thermostat .

This electric cannon has a bayonet fuel tank cap , fuel tank drain plug .

From hot air generator to summer fan

A winter/summer switch allows you to use Oklima PH 400 not only as a mobile heater in the winter season, but also as a fan to cool and make the working environment more usable in the summer.
