This pressure washer is equipped with a powerful 31 HP B&S Vanguard engine and a Triplex TW 700 pump . The Lavor Thermic 31 7015 BS pressure washer features a gearbox that makes the engine rotate at a speed of 1560 RPM .
There's also a handy manual regulator for setting the engine speed . The engine features an electric starter and a safety device called Oil Alert , which warns the user if the engine oil is low, preventing damage and prolonging its life.
Further characterising this powerful pressure washer are a stainless steel pressure relief valve with Easy Start , a stainless steel pressure gauge , a safety valve and a thermostatic valve .
This high-performance pressure washer is equipped with a large, inspectable cartridge water filter at the pump inlet. It also has the option of drawing water from an external tank, acting as a self-priming pump .
The Lavor Thermic 31 7015 BS features a robust frame, made of flat and tubular steel with anti-corrosion treatment and equipped with a central tube for lifting. TRIPLEX TW 700 PUMP
The Lavor Thermic 31 7015 BS features an aluminum alloy structure with anodizing treatment and a finned crankcase for low oil temperatures. The head is made of AISI 420 stainless steel, the suction and delivery valves are made of stainless steel with caps on the delivery valves, this pump has an exclusive gasket system : for high pressure, the gaskets are lubricating; for low pressure there are rubber-fabric gaskets with anti-extrusion rings. The pump works with an innovative Flushing System , which allows a Venturi recirculation of the water in the head . The pistons are made of tungsten carbide , for greater resistance to abrasion and corrosion. The oil system in the crankcase minimizes piston wear. There is a Ø 30 male shaft , for coupling with a pulley and a reducer or hollow shaft electric motor. Other notable features include oversized tapered roller bearings with covers for precarious adjustment, an oil sight glass , and two-piece connecting rods made of a special aluminum alloy. The sealing system between the crankcase and cover consists of an O-ring , and the pistons have hardened stainless steel guides.
