Machine designed to deliver compressed air at a high pressure, this 3-motor compressor is designed for intensive operation.

Nardi Extreme 4 500 L 21 bar at 6 HP models for 4.4 kW of motor power at 1400 rpm with pressure switch or electronic control are available. The 9 HP model, on the other hand, has a power of 6.6 kW at 1400 rpm of engine revolutions. The difference in operation of the 500 L compressor with pressure switch or with electronic control lies in the alternate starting of the 3 motors supplied with this Nardi compressor: with the Nardi Extreme 4 500 L 21 bar pressure switch it is activated on the basis of reaching a certain pressure level ; the electronic control, on the other hand, provides more data and indications on engine work and wear, allowing alternate use to make the pumping group rest.

Nardi Extreme 4 500 L 21 bar with oil-free operation also allows compared to similar models of professional compressors on the market, this Nardi compressor has ecological operation and with lower management and maintenance costs.

LP Control Device control

The automatic management system Lp Control Device controls the total working hours of the Nardi compressor and the working hours of each individual pumping unit and, consequently, also of the dryers. The motor control is equipped with thermal control which, in case of excessive electric current absorption , stops the motor, communicates the malfunction to the automatic management and immediately starts another electric motor , so as not to stop the user in his work. The innovative LP Device control alerts the user of the scheduled maintenance interval and of any alarms encountered .

RS485 connection

Nardi Compressori offers the possibility of connecting up to 10 LP Control Devices together , managing to control up to 30 pumping units via RS485 connection . Upon request, it is possible to add the module for communicating faults via email , to a specific email address, to always be informed in real time on the conditions of the compressor (IoT system).

This Nardi Extreme 4 500 L 21 bar 6 HP compressor has eight cylinders , 520 L/min of intake air and a pressure of 21 bar . With an output of 4.4 kW , this 3-phase machine has a noise level of 74 dB . The dimensions are 195 x 64 x 110 for a weight of 240 kg .

6 HP electronically controlled compressor

This Nardi compressor has the same technical characteristics as the model above, but makes use of the LP Control Device electronic control performance.

9 HP compressor with pressure switch

The Nardi Extreme 4 500 L 9 HP compressor has twelve cylinders , with 780 L/min of intake air and a pressure of 21 bar . 3-phase machine with 9 HP motor, 1400 rpm at 75 dB . Dimensions 195 x 64 x 110 cm for 273 kg .
