The Nardi Extreme 4 270 L compressor is a professional compressor resting on 4 anti-vibration feet for greater stability. Modern and compact design , Nardi Extreme 4 270 L is a compressor with 3 pumping units , controlled by the innovative LP Control Device automatic management system, capable of turning on one or more electric motors according to the need for air .

Professional 3-phase compressor, Nardi Extreme 4 270 L is available in 3 HP , 6 HP and 9 HP versions, with thermally protected electric motors, low rpm ( 1400 rpm ) and reduced noise . The tank is 270 L.

LP Control Device control

The Lp Control Device automatic management system controls the total working hours of the Nardi compressor and the working hours of each individual pumping unit and, consequently, also of the dryers. The drive motors is provided with thermal control, that in case of excessive absorption of electrical current, the engine stops, the automatic management communicates the malfunction, and makes low suffered another electric motor, so as not to stop the user in his work. The innovative LP Device control alerts the user of the scheduled maintenance interval and of any alarm detected .

RS485 connection

Nardi Compressori offers the possibility of connecting up to 10 LP Control Devices together , managing to control up to 30 pumping units via RS485 connection . On request, it is possible to add the module for the communication of faults via e-mail , to a specific e-mail address, to always be informed in real time on the conditions of the compressor (IoT system).

This 3HP Nardi compressor has four cylinders , 600 L / min of intake air and a pressure of 10 bar . With a power of 2.2 kW , this 3-phase machine has a noise level of 73 dB . The dimensions are 160 x 64 x 87 cm for a weight of 116 kg . Operation regulated by pressure switch .

6 HP compressor with electronic control

This 6 HP Nardi compressor has eight cylinders , 1200 L / min of intake air and a pressure of 10 bar . With a power of 4.4 kW , this 3-phase machine has a noise level of 74 dB . The dimensions are 160 x 64 x 87 cm for a weight of 165 kg .

6 HP compressor pressure switch version

It has the same technical characteristics, with operation regulated by a pressure switch and not by an electronic control board. Traditional system, less intuitive than the model with Control Device: the motor pumps adjust on the basis of reaching a certain pressure level, without considering hours of work and wear.

9 HP compressor with electronic control

This 9 HP Nardi compressor has twelve cylinders , 1800 L / min of intake air and a pressure of 10 bar . With a power of 6.6 kW , this 3-phase machine has a noise level of 75 dB . The dimensions are 160 x 64 x 87 cm for a weight of 198 kg .
