The Hydro Pure Kart HPK-E-MAXI2 is a professional wheeled group designed for washing photovoltaic panels , light and easy to handle , allowing easy movement during cleaning operations.
This system uses normal and high pressure demineralised water obtained through a reverse osmosis membrane filter system .
The filtering system is made up of several components, there is a pre-filter with a 100 MESH washable stainless steel mesh, a microfiltration filter with a capacity of 5 microns and an activated carbon filter which has a life of approximately 15,000 L .
In addition, there is a RO reverse osmosis membrane that can treat about 300,000 liters of water , this system guarantees 100% pure water for washing the photovoltaic panels .
The Hydro Pure Kart HPK-E-MAXI2 is equipped with an electric motor (230V), it is also equipped with a piston pump to put the washing water under pressure.
Standard technical features include a complete reverse osmosis filtering system, a 4m long aluminum telescopic pole, a 40cm fixed brush with nylon bristles specially designed for cleaning photovoltaic panels and a double counter-rotating brush with nylon bristles. nylon, with a working width of 40 cm and a attachment for telescopic lances.
Also supplied is a 25m hose, meter and Electronic Salinity Monitor (TDS), which allows you to monitor water quality.

Features of the photovoltaic panel cleaning machine

Operation
The cleaning and washing system of the photovoltaic panels exploits the cleaning and degreasing effect of the demineralised water obtained through filtration with an osmotic membrane, leaving the panel free of streaks and limescale residues.

The telescopic rods for cleaning photovoltaic panels that can be combined with the MM Hydro Pure Kart cleaning and washing machines can be chosen from the cheaper ones in aluminum and the more expensive ones in carbon which allow higher extensions.
