Motorized Brush for Photovoltaic Panels

Roller brush for washing photovoltaic solar panels with Kawasaki TJ27E petrol engine . The roller with anti-scratch nylon bristles is moved by the engine and allows for deep cleaning with minimal effort.

This model is the smallest of the series, equipped with a 90 cm brush and a very light steel and aluminum structure; these characteristics make it ideal for connection to a telescopic pole and for cleaning systems on the roof or on the ground. Thanks to this system it will be possible to obtain excellent cleaning results in extremely short times, maintaining your photovoltaic system always at maximum efficiency. The brush yield is approximately 440 square meters per hour .

Using a special kit, it is possible to connect the brush to a special sheath with a water hose and use it without a rod to clean the panels from the ridge of the roof; using the sheath, you can hold the brush, letting it slide downwards and then pull it towards you when you reach the lower limit of the roof.

The brush can be connected to the domestic water supply via a common rubber hose, however for a more thorough cleaning it is recommended to use pure or demineralised water to avoid any residue due to water impurities.

Motor

A reliable Kawasaki TJ27E 2-stroke single-cylinder engine is used to rotate the brush. This engine uses a 2% mixture and, thanks to the variable speed , is able to always work at its best and therefore guarantee low fuel consumption and less wear on the brushes . To ensure greater reliability and durability over time, there is also an easy starting system with a diaphragm carburetor and a polyurethane foam air filter.
