Two-stage compressor for high pressure

Abac B6000 500 FT7,5 FFO in the 270 and 500 L versions is a two-stage compressor. Let's now see, briefly, the operation of a double compression machine. With each rotation of the shaft the air passes from atmospheric pressure to an intermediate pressure ( I stage ), to be transferred into a second smaller cylinder ( II stage ) before being stored in the tank. The cast iron cylinder ensures a longer life for the Abac compressor. This double compression ensures greater performance , at higher operating pressure .

Professional compressor: high performance

The B6000 pumping unit is connected to the Abac compressor motor through the belt. The design of the belt cover improves the flow of cooled air on the pumping unit of the Abac B6000 500 FT7.5 FFO compressor and on the version of the same with YD star-delta start.
