The Abac Tech pump unit features a stainless steel disc valve and precision-machined cylinders , reducing clearance and minimizing friction to increase the volume of air generated. The crankshaft ball bearings are sealed for life, ensuring durability and reliability even with prolonged use.
The industrial quick exhaust valve is designed to last even under harsh conditions, reducing starting torque for longer engine life and improved energy savings. Additionally, the oil separator located on the ventilation line reduces oil consumption and optimizes overall efficiency.
This pump unit is equipped with a high-capacity air filter with a large filtration surface area, ensuring clean air and improving operating quality. The die-cast aluminum crankcase and finned cylinder heads provide excellent cooling performance, contributing to the pump unit's longevity and overall efficiency.
