The Abac Tech ATH-TM compressors are piston compressors equipped with a 90 L tank . These three-phase lubricated compressors have a pressure of 20 bar , with motor power from 2 to 3 HP . Ideal for industrial applications where a reasonable air flow and continuous cycle operation are required.
Industrial Compressor 100% Duty Cycle
Abac Tech is an industrial compressor designed for continuous operation in industrial applications. Its fixed configuration makes it stable and the 90 L tank allows continuous use, with a large air flow rate from 126 to 174 L/min .

Technical Specifications Pumping Group
The Abac Tech pump assembly's stainless steel disc valve design and low-tolerance cylinder finish ensure extremely low clearance, minimal friction and increased air output. Sealed-for-life crankshaft ball bearings are designed for heavy duty use, ensuring reliability and long operating life.
The industrial quick exhaust valve is designed to withstand extreme conditions, reducing starting torque for longer engine life and lower energy consumption. This pump unit is equipped with an oil separator on the cover ventilation line , reducing oil consumption and improving operating efficiency.
Equipped with a highly efficient air filter with a large filtration surface, which ensures optimum air purification. The die-cast aluminum crankcase and finned cylinder heads with high cooling characteristics contribute to a long life and efficient operation of the pump unit.

In particular, ABAC Tech compressors operate in a continuous cycle , where continuous cycle refers to the time interval in which the compressor delivers pressurized air in relation to the total operating cycle.
ABAC Tech continuous cycle compressors constantly power machinery and tools without downtime and are reliable allies of production companies, managing to optimise working time/maintenance costs .
For example, while a continuous cycle compressor continues to work, a compressor operating at 50% requires the same number of minutes of downtime for every 30 minutes of activity.
