The ATL-TM compressor from Abac Tech Industrial is a single-stage lubricated compressor for a wide range of industrial applications . Designed for efficiency and long-lasting durability, this Abac compressor is available in several tank-mounted versions, offering optimal performance based on specific needs.

The Abac ATL-TM compressor can be used in a wide range of applications thanks to the 90 L tank -mounted version.

This single-phase piston compressor has a rotation speed of 1400 rpm and power from 2 to 3 HP , depending on the model chosen. The maximum pressure is 10 bar .

The Abac ATL 2 90 10 230/1/50 compressor has a power of 2÷3 horsepower (1.5÷2.2 kW) and a speed of 1,400 rpm . This 10 bar Abac compressor is designed for use in environments requiring a standard single-phase voltage of 230 V/50 Hz. The Abac Tech ATL has a 90 L tank and offers an air flow rate of 204÷264 L/min .

Technical Specifications

The Abac Tech pump unit's stainless steel disc valve design and low-tolerance cylinders ensure extremely low clearance, minimal friction, and increased air output. The sealed-for-life crankshaft ball bearings are designed for heavy duty use, ensuring reliability and a long operating life.

The industrial quick exhaust valve is designed to withstand extreme conditions, reducing starting torque for longer engine life and lower energy consumption. This pump unit features an oil separator on the shroud vent line , reducing oil consumption and improving operating efficiency.

Equipped with a highly efficient air filter with a large filtration surface, which ensures optimal air purification. The die-cast aluminum crankcase and finned cylinder heads with excellent cooling characteristics contribute to a long life and efficient operation of the pump unit.
