Technical Specifications

The Abac Tech pump unit's stainless steel disc valve design and low-tolerance cylinders ensure minimal clearance, reduced friction, and increased air output. The sealed-for-life crankshaft ball bearings are designed for heavy-duty use, offering reliability and a long operating life.

The industrial quick exhaust valve is designed to withstand extreme conditions, reducing starting torque for longer engine life and lower energy consumption. This pump unit features an oil separator on the shroud vent line , reducing oil consumption and improving operating efficiency.

Equipped with a highly efficient air filter with a large filtration surface, it ensures optimal air purification. The die-cast aluminum crankcase and finned cylinder heads with excellent cooling characteristics contribute to a long life and efficient operation of the pump unit.

Abac Tech continuous cycle compressors constantly power machinery and tools without downtime and are reliable allies of production companies, managing to optimise working time/maintenance costs .

For example, while a continuous cycle compressor continues to work, a compressor operating at 50% requires the same number of minutes of downtime for every 30 minutes of operation.
